Privacy & student data
Our free activities are built to be used without collecting any personal information from students.

Osmia Learning is owned and operated by Osmia, LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
No student accounts
The free activities on this website do not require student accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no registration needed to use them.
No personal information
Students should not enter names, emails, or any personal information into the activities. The activities do not ask for it and do not need it. Activities run entirely in the student's browser, and nothing a student enters is sent to a server.
Completion codes
Some activities generate a simple completion code at the end (for example, GEN-PS-1234).
This code is created randomly in the browser. Teachers decide how, or whether, completion
codes are used in their classroom. A completion code is not secure proof of identity and
should be treated only as optional, informal evidence that an activity was completed.
No gradebook on the activity website
This activity website does not provide a gradebook and does not store, track, or report student scores. Results are shown to the student in their own browser and are not saved by us.
In short: no student accounts, no student personal data, no server storage of student work, and no gradebook on the activity site. Teachers remain in control of how any classroom evidence is used.
Teacher accounts & purchases
Teachers (never students) may optionally create a free account in the teacher store to purchase companion resource packs. For teacher accounts we collect and store only what is needed to run the store: your email address, a securely hashed password, and a record of your purchases so you can re-download packs. Authentication is handled by Supabase and payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not sell account data or use it for advertising. To delete your teacher account, contact Osmia, LLC.
Companion resources & third parties
Some companion teacher resources are distributed through third-party platforms such as Teachers Pay Teachers, which have their own terms and privacy policies. Optional Mastery Monitor compatibility involves a separate Osmia, LLC product with its own policies. Those services are outside the scope of this activity website's privacy approach.
