Protected materials

Unless otherwise stated, the content on Osmia Learning is owned by Osmia, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Protected materials include, but are not limited to, lesson text, explanations, prompts, graphics, icons, illustrations, animations, interactive activities, simulations, code, downloadable files, answer materials, page layouts, and the overall organization and presentation of the site.

Classroom use

Teachers may use the free activities with their own students and classes. Purchased or downloaded resources may be used according to the license terms that accompany those resources. Classroom use does not transfer ownership and does not allow redistribution outside the teacher's own classes.

Not allowed without permission

Do not copy, scrape, mirror, upload, post, resell, redistribute, modify for resale, or republish Osmia Learning materials without prior written permission from Osmia, LLC. This includes posting files, screenshots, graphics, lesson text, activity directions, answer keys, or interactive content on public websites, marketplaces, shared drives, or social media.

Creation tools

Osmia Learning materials may be created, edited, assembled, or refined using a variety of tools and technologies. Regardless of the tools used, the resulting educational materials, instructional design, compilations, and site presentation are proprietary works of Osmia, LLC.
