Osmia Learning is owned and operated by Osmia, LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

Educational use

Osmia Learning lessons and teacher resources are provided for educational use by teachers, students, schools, and similar learning settings. You may use the free activities with your classes and use teacher resource packs according to the terms under which they were purchased or downloaded.

Ownership and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by Osmia, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, lesson materials, text, written explanations, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, icons, animations, simulations, interactive activities, code, page layouts, downloadable resources, and the overall selection, sequencing, arrangement, and presentation of the materials.

Osmia Learning materials are original educational works developed by Osmia, LLC. Content may be created, edited, assembled, or refined using a variety of tools and technologies, but the resulting educational materials, instructional design, compilations, and site presentation are proprietary works of Osmia, LLC.

No copying, scraping, or redistribution

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, upload, publish, mirror, sell, redistribute, modify, create competing resource collections from, or otherwise republish Osmia Learning content without prior written permission from Osmia, LLC, except where a purchased or downloaded resource expressly allows classroom use.

Using Osmia Learning materials in your own classroom does not transfer ownership of the materials and does not grant permission to post files, screenshots, activity text, graphics, answer keys, or interactive lesson content on public websites, shared drives, social media, marketplaces, or other platforms.

No warranty

Osmia Learning materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Use of the materials is at your own discretion and risk.

Teacher responsibility

The teacher (or supervising educator) is responsible for classroom use and compliance, including how activities are assigned, how any completion codes or results are used, and adherence to applicable school, district, and legal requirements. Completion codes are informal and are not secure proof of identity or achievement.

Teacher accounts & purchased packs

Teacher resource packs purchased through the Osmia teacher store are licensed as a single-teacher license: the purchasing teacher may use, print, and distribute the materials with their own students and classes. The license does not permit sharing the files with other teachers, posting them on the open web, or uploading them to shared drives beyond your own classes — additional teachers should purchase their own license. Teacher accounts are for educators; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

After purchase, please download and save a copy of your files for your records. Account-based download access is provided as a convenience and may be updated, replaced, interrupted, or discontinued in the future.

Redistribution

Osmia Learning resources may not be redistributed, resold, or republished except as expressly allowed by the terms of the purchased or downloaded resource. Teacher resources obtained through third-party platforms (such as Teachers Pay Teachers) are also subject to that platform's licensing terms.

Related and third-party tools

Optional files for Mastery Monitor are provided as a convenience. Mastery Monitor is a separate Osmia, LLC product governed by its own terms. Other third-party tools are governed by their own terms, and Osmia, LLC is not responsible for those third-party tools.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the materials indicates acceptance of the current terms.
